By utilizing new & interesting recipes, with healthier ingredients, I have changed the way many people think of meal prep, cooking, and recipes!

 

I prepare healthy, homemade meals for  pickup to help busy families stay on track with their nutrition as they go

about their hectic week.

 

The most rewarding part about my meal prep business is that I have helped so many people feed their entire family and get them to try brand new foods they would have never tried before and love them!

 

Some client favs: roasted maple turkey bacon brussel sprouts, grilled sweet potatoes with a spicy honey lime sauce,  unique fresh salads loaded with veggies, lean protein, and low-fat homemade dressings, grilled marinated flank steak entrees, succulent pork tenderloin entrees, grilled salmon entrees, protein power balls, and my famous street corn!!
